JOB DETAILS:
M-Gas Resources Limited is seeking a Development and Growth Intern to support its business development and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market & Business Research: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analyses to identify new business opportunities and revenue channels.
- Growth Strategy Support: Assist cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and monitoring growth experiments and strategic expansion initiatives.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze user acquisition/retention trends, and prepare actionable analytical reports for leadership.
- Partnership Building: Support business development teams in outreach, stakeholder mapping, and preparing pitches/proposals for potential business partners.
- Process Optimization: Assist in streamlining internal workflows, improving customer onboarding pipelines, and operational scaling.
General Eligibility Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience: 3+ years of progressive hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Location: Based in or willing to work in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
- Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
