We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Associate to join our team at Shree Hindu Mandal Hospitals. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and security of our IT infrastructure, supporting our mission to provide excellent healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
The Senior IT Associate will be responsible for a range of IT-related tasks, including but not limited to:
- Providing comprehensive IT support to hospital staff.
- Managing and maintaining ERP/business applications.
- Coordinating with IT vendors for services and support.
- Ensuring the security and integrity of the IT infrastructure.
- Implementing and enforcing IT policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' IT experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proven experience in IT support, ERP/business applications, and vendor coordination.
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, security best practices, and relevant policies.
- Must be a Tanzanian Citizen.
- Fluent in both English and Swahili.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' IT experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proven experience in IT support, ERP/business applications, and vendor coordination.
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, security best practices, and relevant policies.
- Must be a Tanzanian Citizen.
- Fluent in both English and Swahili.
