JOB DETAILS:
SUMET Company Limited is seeking energetic, ambitious, and target-driven individuals to join our growing team. We are looking for passionate individuals about sales, customer engagement, and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and onboard new retail, wholesale, and DS customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Drive sales, repeat orders, and market growth within assigned territories.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and provide market feedback.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
REQUIREMENTS
- College education in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- FMCG, retail, wholesale, distribution, or field sales experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in the field.
- Good smartphone and mobile application skills.
- Fluency in Swahili and English.
