Project Manager

Are you an experienced project leader with expertise in agricultural value chains and market systems?

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the SURPLUS project
• Drive market assessments, value-chain analysis and business model testing
• Build partnerships with farmers, government and private sector actors
• Oversee project planning, budgets, meal and reporting
• Lead the project team and stakeholder engagement

What We Are Looking For

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years relevant project-management experience
• Strong knowledge of Tanzania's cashew industry
• Expertise in market systems, agricultural value chains and agribusiness
• Experience with farmer organisations, cooperatives and private-sector actors
• Excellent English and Kiswahili

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: bachelor degree
