Project Accountant

Are you an experienced accountant ready to support effective financial management of the SURPLUS Project?

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project financial records and reports
• Monitor expenditure and budget compliance
• Support financial planning and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with ADRA and donor financial policies
• Conduct financial reviews and improve cost-efficiency

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 3 years' relevant accounting experience
• Project accounting experience, ideally in the NGO or humanitarian sector
• Familiarity with SunSystems financial software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English and Kiswahili
• CPA/ACCA qualification is an advantage

Level of Education: bachelor degree
