JOB DETAILS:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and optimise mineral processing flowsheets and processes.
- Monitor plant performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Ensure efficient recovery rates and product quality.
- Prepare technical reports and process improvement plans.
- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mineral or Metallurgical Engineering (or a related field).
- Minimum of 5–8 years' experience in mineral processing (gold, base metals, other minerals).
- Knowledge of process simulation software (e.g. MetSim, Aspen, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Professional registration (where applicable) is an added advantage.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
