WE'RE HIRING
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates and budgets.
- Prepare tenders, evaluate bids and support contract negotiations.
- Verify site work and contractor payment claims.
- Value variations and track project expenditure.
- Prepare cost reports, cash-flow forecasts and final accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or Civil Engineering.
- 3-5 years' quantity surveying experience in building or civil construction.
- Commercial, retail or fuel station experience is an advantage.
- Professional registration (SIZ / EIZ) preferred.
- Strong Excel, BOQ and estimating skills; able to read AutoCAD drawings.
