JOB DETAILS:

The Marketing and Yield Manager is a hybrid role focused on driving brand awareness while optimizing inventory utilization. This position requires a creative marketer who understands data-driven yield management to ensure the property sells the right product to the right customer at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing: Manage the property’s online presence, including social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing campaigns. Highlight unique selling points (USPs) such as farm-to-table dining and eco-tourism experiences.
• Yield Management: Monitor booking curves and competitor pricing. Adjust inventory allocation and pricing tiers in real-time to maximize occupancy and revenue during peak and off-peak seasons.
• Campaign Management: Design and execute promotional campaigns for special events, harvest seasons, and holiday packages.
• Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, from the website to on-property collateral.
• Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and customer sentiment surveys to identify market gaps and opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure marketing promises align with operational capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and revenue/yield management.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media platforms.
• Creative mindset with a strong grasp of data analytics.
• Knowledge of the hospitality or agri-tourism sector is a plus.
