Maintenance Supervisor and Technicians
Positions include electricians, plumbers and general maintenance technicians.
Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Maintain cottages, kitchens, pools, sports facilities, water systems and public areas.
- Inspect electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
- Maintain repair records, tools and equipment.
- Respond quickly to maintenance emergencies.
Qualifications
- Relevant technical certificate or diploma.
- At least two years of practical experience.
- Experience in hotels, resorts or commercial facilities is preferred.
- Knowledge of generators, solar systems, pumps and water systems is an advantage.
