Our Client is looking for 7 experienced Sales Cum Drivers with proven experience in the FMCG industry to drive sales growth, develop customer relationships, and ensure efficient product deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit existing and potential customers and identify new sales opportunities
- Promote and sell FMCG products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Deliver products safely and efficiently to customers
- Manage sales orders, deliveries, and collections where required
- Monitor stock levels and provide market feedback
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of the company vehicle
- Prepare daily sales and delivery reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG Sales
- Experience in sales, distribution, or route-to-market operations
- Valid driving licence
- Good knowledge of Dar es Salaam routes and customer locations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Target-driven and able to work independently
- Good understanding of FMCG products and market dynamics
- Honest, reliable, energetic, and results-oriented
