Job Summary & Requirements
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Experience: At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
Core Competencies:
- Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, quantity surveying software, and AI tools for cost estimation and project analysis.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
