JOB PURPOSE

To streamline operations in Yard and Stores.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Stock and Inventory Positions

• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly stock and inventory positions, with materials reconciled.

2. Monitor and Control

• Monitor inventory tracking and control the materials dispatched to operations.

3. Verify and Inspect

• Physically verify materials received and issued, and identify acceptable and non-acceptable materials.

4. Reporting

• Prepare timely reports and summaries of materials movements.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Materials Management or a related field.
• CPSP is an added advantage.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• At least two years' experience in a related field.
