JOB SUMMARY

I&M Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to grow and manage customer relationships, drive sales, promote digital banking adoption, and deliver exceptional customer service to achieve branch growth and retention targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acquire new customers and grow existing portfolios.
  • Cross-sell banking products, loans, cards, insurance, and digital channels.
  • Drive customer onboarding, activation, and account utilization.
  • Manage customer relationships and reduce account dormancy.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
  • Conduct customer visits, prepare reports, and support branch sales initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in:
    • Business
    • Finance
    • Economics
    • Marketing
    • Or a related field
  • 2 to 3 years' experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Strong sales, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with knowledge of banking products and market trends.
  • Proactive, confident, and team-oriented.
