Bachelor’s Degree in:

Minimum 10 years of experience in:
- Business Intelligence
- Data Analytics
- Digital Analytics
- Data Science
- Or related fields
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing analytics teams.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement the company’s Business Intelligence (BI) and Digital Analytics strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
Lead the development and maintenance of:
- Enterprise-wide dashboards
- Scorecards
- Management reports
Ensure timely delivery of business performance reports and executive insights.
Support product, marketing, and commercial teams through customer and market analytics.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve business performance.
Lead projects involving:
- Customer segmentation
- Churn prediction
- Revenue forecasting
- Behavioral analytics
Lead, coach, and develop:
- Business Intelligence teams
- Data Analytics teams
- Data Science teams
