Background
Chuo cha Elimu ya Biashara (CBE) is seeking to hire an Assistant Lecturer in Education - Commerce. This role is crucial for delivering high-quality education and contributing to research and community service within the institution.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Assistant Lecturer will be responsible for the following:
- Teaches up to NTA level 8 (Bachelor’s Degree);
- Prepares teaching/learning material;
- Conducts research, seminars and case studies;
- Carries out consultancy and community services under supervision
- Performs any other relevant duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess:
- A Master of Education in Commerce, or Master of Education Management and Administration.
- A Bachelor of Education in Commerce, or Bachelor of Business Studies with Education, or a relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
- A GPA of at least 4.0 points at Masters Level.
- A minimum GPA of 3.8 points at Undergraduate Level.
Experience Needed
