JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose

To deliver high-quality training in radiology and medical imaging and prepare students for professional practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach courses in radiographic techniques, anatomy, radiation protection, and medical imaging modalities.
• Facilitate practical sessions in imaging laboratories and clinical settings.
• Develop and review course materials and assessments.
• Supervise student projects and clinical attachments.
• Assess student performance and maintain academic records.
• Participate in curriculum development and quality assurance.
• Mentor students and provide academic guidance.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Registration with a relevant professional council is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ teaching or clinical experience in radiology or medical imaging.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and instructional abilities.
• Knowledge of radiation safety and imaging equipment.
• Attention to detail and patient safety orientation.
• Ability to work in a team.
