JOB DETAILS:

The Hotel Manager is the face of the accommodation side of the business, responsible for creating a welcoming environment for guests while managing the profitability and efficiency of the rooms division. This role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire a team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience: Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and a comfortable stay. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
• Rooms Division Management: Oversee the Front Desk, Concierge, and Housekeeping departments. Ensure rooms are cleaned to standard and ready for check-in.
• Financial Management: Manage the hotel P&L, controlling costs (labor, supplies, utilities) while maximizing room revenue. Review daily financial reports.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor hotel staff. Foster a positive work culture and ensure high staff retention.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure the hotel complies with all legal, health, and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections of the property.
• Coordination: Liaise with the Sales team regarding reservations and VIP arrivals. Coordinate with the Farm and F&B teams to offer a seamless guest experience (e.g., breakfast sourcing).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in boutique or resort properties.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations software (PMS).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for hospitality.
