EncodeWorld Limited, a premier ICT and business consulting firm specializing in Fixed Asset Management and Payroll software solutions, is seeking a motivated IT Intern to join its team in Dar es Salaam. The intern will gain hands-on technical experience in software development, system deployment, technical support, and business technology consulting while supporting strategic client projects.
Job Type: Internship (With potential for permanent employment)
Key Responsibilities
- Software Development & Testing: Assist in software development, writing code, testing applications, and debugging system errors.
- Project Support & Implementation: Participate actively in client IT projects, system deployment, configuration, and integration.
- Technical Analysis: Assist in translating corporate business requirements into functional technical solutions.
- System Maintenance & Support: Provide daily technical support, system troubleshooting, and software maintenance services.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Eligibility: Open to fresh graduates and candidates who have graduated within the last two (2) years.
- Technical Skills: Basic practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL/MySQL databases.
- Interests & Competencies: Passion for software development and business technology solutions; strong written and spoken fluency in English and Swahili.
