JOB DETAILS:
Herocean Enterprises (T) Ltd is seeking a qualified, responsible, and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Storekeeper.
1. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Maintain accurate records of all goods received, issued, and remaining in stock.
- Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items to the relevant department.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of goods within the store.
- Issue materials and products to authorized personnel upon approval.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure the store is clean, secure, and well-organized.
- Monitor stock movement and report any damaged, missing, or expired items.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all store-related transactions.
2. Qualifications and Requirements
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in stock management.
- Must demonstrate honesty, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in storekeeping or inventory management will be an added advantage.
