Role overview
The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead the Institute’s marketing, student recruitment, business development, branding, and partnership activities.
The officer will also act as General Manager, oversee day-to-day operations, and support the achievement of institutional enrolment, revenue, and growth targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing, student recruitment, and sales strategies.
- Promote IECDS academic, professional training, consultancy, and research services.
- Manage digital marketing, institutional branding, outreach, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Build partnerships with schools, companies, government institutions, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Monitor enrolment, sales, marketing performance, and institutional growth targets.
- Supervise relevant staff and coordinate daily institutional operations while acting as General Manager.
- Prepare periodic management and performance reports.
Qualifications and experience
Applicants should possess:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Management, Education Management, or a related field.
- Not less than five (5) years of relevant experience.
Mandatory requirement
Applicants must have proven experience in marketing an educational institution, including:
- Student recruitment.
- Promotion of academic or professional training programmes.
