ROLLER OPERATOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate rollers to compact soil and other materials.
- Monitor compaction quality and adjust equipment settings.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean worksite and follow safety procedures.
- Coordinate with site teams and maintain accurate work records.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Full Grade 12 Certificate.
- Class CE Driver's License.
- Valid Heavy Equipment Operator's Permit or relevant certification.
- Minimum three years' experience operating a roller compactor.
- Good understanding of occupational health and safety requirements.

Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: high school
