Gadgetronix is seeking two skilled technicians to join its team and support the repair, maintenance, and servicing of electronic devices and computer systems. The vacancies are intended for candidates with expertise in either mobile phone and Apple product repairs or computer and printer repairs.
Position 1: Mobile Phone and Electronics Technician
The successful candidate will have experience repairing mobile phones, Apple products, and other electronic devices, including speakers and accessories.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mobile phones running iOS and Android.
- Repair Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and AirPods.
- Diagnose and fix other electronic devices, such as speakers and accessories.
- Ensure high-quality repairs and reliable service delivery.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through professional and effective technical support.
General Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants for either position should possess the following:
- Proven experience in device repairs relevant to the position applied for.
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
