Human Resources and Administration Officer
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee records.
- Prepare contracts, attendance reports and staff schedules.
- Support performance management, training and disciplinary processes.
- Maintain administrative files and office records.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Public Administration or a related field.
- At least three years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws.
- Strong communication, confidentiality and organization skills.
