JOB DETAILS:
Mbali Mbali Camps and Lodges is seeking to fill 5 positions for Guest Relation Managers. This role is crucial in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of our lodges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing guest relations and ensuring a high level of service.
- Addressing and resolving guest issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintaining guest satisfaction through proactive engagement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 5 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of another foreign language is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills.
- Relevant qualification in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or a related field.
