JOB DETAILS:
Bullet Express (BTL) is a logistics company based in Arusha, specializing in transportation services. The company encourages applications from female candidates and local candidates.
BTL is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Storekeeper to support its store operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and issuing stock, controlling tools and inventory, coordinating driver vehicle handovers, maintaining documentation, and ensuring proper store organization and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and Issuing Stock: Manage the receipt and issuance of stock and ensure accurate records of inventory movements.
- Tool and Inventory Control: Monitor tools and inventory to maintain accountability and minimize losses.
- Driver Vehicle Handovers: Coordinate vehicle handovers with drivers and maintain the necessary records.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate store documentation and prepare relevant reports.
- Store Organization and Security: Keep the store organized and ensure the security of stock, tools, and other items.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Diploma in Procurement or a related field.
- At least one year of relevant work experience.
- Basic English and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and email.
- Strong attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.
