Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Monitoring and setting driver KPIs, including transit time, speed violations and convoy management.
- Managing driver profiles and ensuring compliance with documentation in accordance with company SOPs, RTSA regulations, and cross-border requirements.
- Supervising driver behavior and ensuring training aligns with Company standards.
- Maintaining accurate driver records.
- Implementing effective driver discipline and performance monitoring.
- Supporting driver retention initiatives.
- Upholding high-level Safety Standards.
Education, Skills & Qualifications
- At least 2 years of proven work experience in logistics, managing a team.
- Minimum of a Diploma in Logistics or a related field.
- Previous experience as a truck driver will be an added advantage.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree
