JOB DETAILS:
The Partnerships Officer builds and manages strategic partnerships that advance the organization's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential partners (NGOs, corporates, governments, academia).
- Develop partnership proposals, MOUs, and agreements.
- Manage partner relationships and communications.
- Coordinate joint programs and initiatives.
- Track partnership deliverables and impact.
- Represent the organization in partnership forums.
- Support partnership reporting and reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business, Development, or related field.
- 3–5 years of partnership or business development experience.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and report writing.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity.
Competencies
- Partnership building · Negotiation · Networking · Stakeholder management
Professional experience is an advantage. However, demonstrated capability, commitment, and leadership potential will also be considered.
