Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement and tender processes.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with key suppliers.
- Manage supplier performance and maintain the Approved Supplier Register.
- Supervise stock replenishment with the Stores Officer.
- Utilize Palladium ERP for transparent transaction tracking.
- Serve as Secretary to the Procurement Committee.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive procurement experience.
- Hands-on experience with Palladium ERP or a similar system.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and Microsoft Excel skills.
- PSPTB or CIPS certification is an added advantage.
- Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
