JOB SUMMARY

To drive the strategic promotion and commercial growth of Metro Life Assurance products through innovative sales initiatives, consultative engagement, and market-driven business development, while cultivating enduring client relationships and upholding an exemplary standard of customer experience and service excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Proactively identify prospective clients through strategic networking, targeted marketing campaigns, referrals, and direct business development initiatives.

· Actively participate in sales activations, promotional campaigns, and market engagement initiatives to achieve sales targets.

· Develop and maintain strong, enduring client relationships to drive customer retention, policy renewals, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities.

· Strategically promote Life Insurance products

· Expanding the customer portfolio and contributing to sustainable business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

· Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business, Sales or a related field.

· Sales experience, preferably within insurance or financial services at least 1 year.

· Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

· Results-driven, disciplined and customer-focused.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
