JOB DETAILS:

M-Gas Resources Limited is seeking a Marketing Associates to join their team.

This role is crucial for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, managing brand content, and analyzing performance to ensure optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and field channels to increase brand awareness.
• Content & Brand Management: Develop engaging marketing materials, social media content, newsletter updates, and promotional collateral aligned with brand guidelines.
• Lead Generation & Field Marketing: Conduct ground activations, event promotions, and direct community engagement to generate leads and boost customer acquisition.
• Customer Insights & Feedback: Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to refine promotional strategies and value propositions.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities, calculating ROI and recommending data-driven improvements.

General Eligibility Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
• Experience: 3+ years of progressive hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Location: Based in or willing to work in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
• Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
