About the Role
Neelkanth Salt Limited is seeking qualified, motivated, and competent candidates to fill the position of Dispatch Assistant at their facility in Mkuranga, Pwani. The successful candidate will assist in managing day-to-day dispatch and logistics activities to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring daily dispatch activities.
- Ensure all goods are dispatched accurately and delivered on time.
- Maintain clear and accurate dispatch records and documentation.
- Verify dispatch documents against physical goods loaded for delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse, logistics, and sales teams.
- Adhere strictly to company procedures, security, and safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Education: Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: Relevant work experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to coordinate dispatch workflows effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
