Role Overview & Responsibilities
Maintain precise financial records, process daily transactions, assist with reconciliations, support budget monitoring, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirements.
Financial Records & Transactions:
Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and maintain financial logs. Africans& Diaspora
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Perform bank reconciliations and manage incoming/outgoing client ledgers.
Reporting & Auditing Support:
Assist in compiling management accounts, periodic financial reports, and cash-flow statements.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure safe filing of accounting records and enforce compliance with regulatory and statutory standards.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite (familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage).
Core Competencies:
High analytical capabilities, numerical precision, confidentiality, and sound knowledge of financial reporting principles.
