JOB DETAILS:

The Product and Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring that all guest-facing products (accommodation, activities, dining) and back-of-house logistics run smoothly. This role is critical for maintaining service standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Design and refine guest experiences (e.g., farm tours, workshops, dining packages) to ensure they are marketable and operationally feasible.
• Operational Oversight: Manage the front office, housekeeping, and maintenance teams. Ensure facilities are well-maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with the Farming and Food Processing departments to ensure a steady supply of fresh produce for the kitchen and retail outlets.
• Quality Control: Implement and monitor service standards to ensure high guest satisfaction scores (NPS).
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and schedule operational staff. Conduct performance reviews and address disciplinary issues.
• Logistics: Oversee inventory management for operational supplies (linens, amenities, cleaning products) and manage vendor relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
• 4+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality or resorts.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in supply chain logistics and inventory control.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
