Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession management.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
- Oversee employee relations, compensation, benefits, and labour law compliance.
- Champion learning, leadership development, and talent retention.
- Provide strategic HR advisory support to Management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field (Relevant master’s degree and professional certification are an additional advantage).
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
