We are looking for two skilled Technicians to join our team:
Technician 1
Skilled in repairs of mobile phones, Apple products and other electronic devices such as speakers.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mobile phones (iOS & Android).
- Repair Apple products (iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Apple Watch, AirPods, etc.).
- Fix other electronic devices such as speakers and accessories.
- Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
Technician 2
Skilled in repairs of laptops, desktop, all in one PC and as a bonus printers as well.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair laptops.
- Service desktop computers and all in one PCs (hardware and software).
- Repair and maintain printers (as a bonus).
- Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in device repairs (as per the role).
- Technical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
