* Experience in handling legal compliance, regulatory approvals and dispute resolution. * Strong legal research, analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

* Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university. * Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania with a valid practicing certificate. * Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in legal practice, preferably in the construction, real estate or corporate sector. * Strong knowledge of Tanzanian laws, regulations and legal procedures. * Experience in contract drafting, reviewing and negotiation.
