JOB DETAILS:
The MEL Officer supports the design and implementation of MEL systems, data collection, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, enter, clean, and analyze program data.
- Support baseline, midline, and endline data collection.
- Maintain MEL databases and dashboards.
- Conduct field monitoring visits and data quality checks.
- Prepare MEL reports and visualizations.
- Train program staff and partners on MEL tools.
- Support evaluations and learning events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, M&E, or related field.
- 2–5 years of MEL experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, KoBoToolbox, SPSS/STATA, and data visualization.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Professional experience is an advantage. However, demonstrated capability, commitment, and leadership potential will also be considered.
