JOB DETAILS:

Globotech is seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Program Design & Delivery: Design, implement, and facilitate comprehensive onboarding and continuous training programs for both new hires and existing staff.
• Training Needs Analysis: Conduct skill gap analyses across departments to identify specific learning needs and align training initiatives with organizational goals.
• Curriculum Development: Create engaging training modules, workshops, standard operating procedure (SOP) manuals, and e-learning resources.
• Performance Impact Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
• Career Development & Coaching: Facilitate professional development plans, mentorship programs, and ongoing skills development across the workforce.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Learning and Development / Training Officer supporting both new hires and existing teams.

This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and fostering a positive learning environment.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: bachelor degree
