JOB DETAILS:
The Grants & Funding Officer manages the grant lifecycle, ensuring compliance, timely reporting, and effective grant administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage grant applications, agreements, and amendments.
- Ensure compliance with donor grant requirements.
- Track grant budgets, expenditures, and reporting deadlines.
- Prepare financial and narrative grant reports.
- Coordinate with finance and program teams on grant implementation.
- Maintain grant records and databases.
- Support audits and donor inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Development, or related field.
- 3–5 years of grants management experience.
- Knowledge of donor compliance and grant regulations.
- Strong budgeting and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in grant management software.
