- Prepare change-impact assessments, communication plans, user guidance and training for approved AI and Microsoft Copilot use.
- Work with HR communications and business champions to deliver training, gather feedback and support practical adoption.
- Measure active use, task completion, output quality, user satisfaction and business-process changes against agreed baselines.
- Investigate low adoption or unsafe workarounds and coordinate corrective actions with product, delivery and governance owners.
- Maintain requirements, acceptance and adoption records; report benefit evidence separately from forecasts, training attendance and licence allocation.
- Support AI governance activities by ensuring business requirements, intended use, human oversight requirements, and adoption considerations are appropriately documented and communicated to governance stakeholders.
- Continuously identify opportunities where approved AI capabilities can improve efficiency, customer experience, decision-making, or risk management across business functions.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, project updates, executive reporting, and adoption reviews to ensure alignment between business objectives and AI initiatives.
