JOB SUMMARY
I&M Bank is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking to drive portfolio growth, manage key corporate relationships, acquire new business, maximize revenue, and ensure sound credit, risk, and compliance management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients.
- Acquire new business and drive lending, deposits, and fee income.
- Cross-sell banking products and identify ecosystem opportunities.
- Support credit processing, monitoring, and portfolio quality.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and credit requirements.
- Monitor risks, client performance, and reporting obligations.
- Lead, coach, and manage Relationship Managers where applicable.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in:
- Business
- Finance
- Economics
- Marketing
- Or a related field
- MBA in Finance or Marketing preferred.
- Minimum 6+ years' experience as a Relationship Manager.
- Strong skills in:
- Financial analysis
- Relationship management
- Sales
- Communication
- Good understanding of:
- Credit
- Risk management
- Banking regulations
- Market trends
