Food and Beverage Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant, bar, café and event-catering operations.
- Monitor sales, food costs, stock usage and service quality.
- Coordinate menus, staff schedules and hygiene standards.
- Train food and beverage employees.
- Work closely with the kitchen, procurement, stores and accounts teams.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Food and Beverage Management.
- At least three years of supervisory or management experience.
- Knowledge of food safety, stock control and customer service.
