Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership for the resort. Coordinate accommodation, food and beverage, wildlife, sports, maintenance and guest services.
- Develop budgets, revenue targets and operational plans.
- Monitor service quality, staff performance and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with tourism, wildlife, health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least five years of hotel, resort or tourism management experience.
- Strong leadership, financial management and problem-solving skills.
