Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-profile events that align with company objectives and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare reports on account performance and event outcomes for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
