JOB DETAILS:
The Tanzania Forest Service Agency (TFS) is seeking to fill 13 positions for Conservation Ranger III – Driver. This role is crucial for the agency's operations, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of personnel and resources. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving agency vehicles, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the vehicles are in good working order.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To drive the Agency’s vehicles;
- To maintain vehicle logbook and movement records;
- To maintain smooth running of vehicles;
- To assist in making simple repair of the vehicles;
- To maintain vehicle cleanliness and service schedule.
Qualifications
- Holder of Form IV or VI Certificate and Class “C1 or E” Driving License.
- Must have attended Basic Driving Course offered by VETA or any recognized institution.
- Must possess training certificates that qualified them for the respective ranks.
- Must have driven experience of at least one year without causing any accident.
- The candidate shall be required to attend and pass military recruit course.
