• Experienced in Microsoft Windows Server environment – Windows 20012 and 2016
• Experienced in Microsoft Windows environment – Windows 10
• Experienced in Microsoft Office environment – Office 2016
• Experienced in Active Directory management
• Experienced in backups management
• Experienced in Network protocols – TCP-IP, ICMP
• Experienced in Networks services – DNS, DHCP
