· To keep clients records in both manual and softcopies files.
· To receive various documents from customer’s offices.
· To sends various documents to customer’s offices.
· To manage various payments to the banks
· Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent in Computer Skills especially Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
· Certificate in Records Management / Secretarial Studies or Information technology from any recognized institution.
