JOB PURPOSE
Perform Yard and Store activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Stock Positions and Reports
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly stock positions and prepare reports on time.
2. Receive and Load Fulls
- Receive quantities to dispatch from production and supervise loading of fulls per load-out forms.
3. Offload and Verify Empties
- Offload empties.
- Allocate trucks to bays.
- Verify empties with the Empties Declaration Report.
4. Notes and Declarations
- Prepare stock transfer and delivery notes cum gate pass.
- Issue the signed fulls declaration load-in report.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Procurement, Materials Management or a related field.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 2 years' working experience in a related field.
