Job Description
Serena Hotels Tanzania is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales activities for its camps. The role involves developing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients and travel partners, driving revenue, and promoting the camps to local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, tour operators, and travel agencies.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hotel, tourism, or hospitality sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the Tanzania tourism and hospitality market.
