REQUIREMENTS
- Must hold a college qualification at Diploma level or above .
- Must be able to communicate in both English & Swahili .
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in sales .
- Must be hardworking and self-motivated.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business or a related field.
- Sales experience, preferably in insurance/financial services.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Results-driven and customer-focused.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
